Wedding Guidelines
Please download the attached guidelines and fees information and review as a couple. It is important that you review and agree to all policies and fees outlined before moving forward to schedule your wedding at Fatima Church. Upon agreeing to all policies and fees outlined, please download the Policies for Music At Weddings Form and the Guidelines Agreement Form. Sign these forms, prepare your fees as stated in the guidelines, and collect the appropriate documentation in relationship to your Sacramental records for each of you. Once you have all of your information gathered and signed, please call (337) 232-8945 or email the parish office Wedding Director, Renella Livers, [email protected] to make your first appointment.

Wedding Fees
Fee collected when the Wedding is scheduled:

Non-Parishioner Fee: $1,000.00

† The non-parishioner fee is assessed unless the bride, groom, or either of their parents meet each of the following qualifications:

They are presently and have been registered parishioners of Fatima Church for at least one (1) year at the time that the Wedding is scheduled;
They regularly attend a weekend Mass at Fatima Church;
Their regular financial contribution to Fatima Parish can be documented from offering information on file in the parish office.

Fees collected two weeks before the wedding

Planning, Preparation, & Documentation Fee: $50.00
Wedding Sacristan: $50
Wedding Coordinator $100.00
The Music Director will collect the following fees: For questions regarding music and fees, please contact Keith D'Anna at (337) 232-8945 X111 or [email protected]
Organist: $300.00
Cantor: $250.00

Additional instrumentalist

Violinist – $300.00
Trumpet – $200.00
String Quartet – cost will be quoted at the time of your scheduling your wedding with the organist.

Music Selection
The below form will give you the selections of music that are available at our Parish. After meeting with the wedding director initially, you will be facilitated in setting up a meeting with our Music Director. At this meeting you will be assisted in selecting your music, hiring additional parish instrumentalist should you desire, and paying the fees required for the organist and cantor.
