Wedding Guidelines & Fees
Please download the attached guidelines and fees information and review as a couple. It is important that you review and agree to all policies and fees outlined before moving forward to schedule your wedding at Fatima Church. Upon agreeing to all policies and fees outlined, please download the Policies for Music At Weddings Form and the Guidelines Agreement Form. Sign these forms, prepare your fees as stated in the guidelines, and collect the appropriate documentation in relationship to your Sacramental records for each of you. Once you have all of your information gathered and signed, please email the parish office Administrator, email@example.com to make your first appointment. We look forward to working with you as you prepare for your Sacrament of Marriage.

The below form will give you the selections of music that are available at our Parish. After meeting with the parish administrator initially, you will be facilitated in setting up a meeting with our Music Director. At this meeting you will be assisted in selecting your music, hiring additional parish instrumentalist should you desire, and paying the fees required for the organist and cantor.
Review, sign and complete the below Policy for Music at Weddings form and bring with you to your first wedding event planning meeting with the Parish Administrator, at the parish office.
