Mercy Works / Family Ministry
Mercy Works/Helping The Poor
“Fatima Mercy Works”, formerly St. Vincent DePaul, chose for their sponsor Blessed Theresa of Calcutta, who urged all Catholics to “do something beautiful for God.” Jesus taught that whenever we feed the hungry, clothe the naked, visit the sick or imprisoned we do it for Him. Desiring to live out Christ’s command and in order to deepen the faith of our entire parish, Fatima Mercy Works will bring His love to those in need in ways that allow all parishioners to participate, so that bonds of unity can be created and sustained among our parish families and those we serve. To join please call Stephanie Supple, Parish Administrator, (337) 232-8945. Mercy Works Schedule January Communities United in Prayer & Service (CUPS) project.
