Fatima Families First!!

The Vision:
We will launch the Our Lady of Fatima Youth Program to:

1. lead the parish and school youth into a deep, lifelong relationship with Christ,
2. build their Catholic identity,
3. form them as active members and leaders within our parish as well as the global Church, and
4. challenge teens to live as missionary disciples.

The program will give support and opportunities for our Catholic parents to lead their families in faith formation for a lifetime. We envision the parents of Fatima leading the program because of what our Church teaches; “Parents are the primary educators of their children and thus have the primary obligation and responsibility for their children’s faith formation.”

The Youth Program will drive growth in the parish and support the school’s growth as a leader in Catholic education in our area. Long-term, the program will create a plan for our youth to give praise to our loving God during Mass, youth events, retreats, and much more.
Last, but not least, we will end the necessity of Fatima families having to go to neighboring parishes to provide their children with a youth program. Currently, 50% of our parish/school families have children in this age group (571 families of our 1100 families) that could benefit from a youth program. 

The new employee will work and share in the events and teams of Fatima School DAILY so that parish programs support the needs of our families in forming their children.

The Family Religious Formation program will develop events, retreats, studies for the entire family, couples, tweens & teens, and offer primary school programs for Fatima school and Fatima parish public school students.
